If you find your cat tends to like chewing on plants - toxic or non toxic - that obviously is not good for the plant!
Why not try having a bowl with cat grass around the plants - they like it and it may just save both the kitty and the plant!
Pet Valu sells the package for you to grow your own - or the pre grown grass. I let the kitties for adoption there sample the grass... They are big fans.
