I had no idea how many Musicians were such dedicated animal lovers.
Morrissey is not only a cat lover - he is an animal activist.
He is a friend of PETA and has received the Linda McCartney Memorial Award.
He was also in a PETA ad.
This man does not just devote his time towards helping animals.. he also refuses to go or do things where he feels strongly against it..
For example Morrissey cancelled his appearance to go on Jimmy Kimmel because the cast of Duck Dynasty was to appear on the same show.
I would totally do the same thing.
He is a very outspoken activist..he is good at pissing people off.
All this just makes me like him..

Marilyn Manson
I am not surprised when I see supposedly 'creepy' or 'weird' people are actually cat lovers.
Cats are weird..
They are more of a mentally challenging creature then a Dog.
A dog will hide a bone.. a cat will place 12 toys in various locations to be found at a later date..after these toys have been replaced.
Dogs beg for food.. Cats take food.. look at you strangely when you scold them for stealing.. then when you are not looking they take more.
I have seen cats purposely knock items off a table just out of spite.
Manson has a few video clips with his cat Lily in them.
Lily White also has been depicted in art.

When Dita Von Tesse & Marlyn divorced they actually had a custody battle over their animals.
In the end she got the dogs and the one cat Aliester and he got Lily.
He later added Charlie to the mix.

I kinda love when big ole tough guys like cats.
How tough can you be when scooping kitty litter? You can't be. You can be a bad ass the rest of the time.. just not with a cat.
Besides... cats are not stupid. They know that they can wiggle their furry little butts into the darkest of hearts.
Apparently he may have four cats.. I am having a hard time finding info on them.
Ryuko is possibly the name of one of them.
He is not very talkative about his felines.
Maybe because people are ridiculous asshats who take pictures of him buying cat litter... then just go ape shit with all of the memes and jokes.
Seriously, buying cat litter is not news!
I think people would know better... Abnormal people tend to like cats.. because cats are abnormal.
That makes cats awesome.
I love dogs, don't get me wrong.. I love most animals. The cat however seems to be more of a psychological animal.
Dogs generally do not seem to be plotting world domination.
Cats are growing thumbs to aid in their quest!

This is just my opinion, but think about it...people love dogs ..they adore them. Looking into their puppy dog eyes makes you melt.
People have worshiped cats.
There is a Cat God.
Cats kill small animals for fun.. sad but true.
Cats bite, scratch, hiss, growl.. and we think we did something wrong.
Dogs bark and we scold them... and many times they actually listen!
Again just my opinion... but my dog runs to see me at the door as if I am her best friend ( which I am )
My cats look at me with disdain for leaving them.
